RXGF series PET bottle Three-in-one machine integrates rinsing, filling and capping functions together. Based on overseas advanced technology, it is designed according to heat filling processing demands of tea drink, juice etc. Production capacity: 3,000 - 36,000bottles/hour, Applicable bottle type: 150 3,000ml.

1.The working course

Then bottle is transferred to filling machine through poking bottle star-wheel.  The bottle is hold by neck holding plate after it is in the filling machine. The filling valve ascends and descends by the action of cam. It applies pressure filling method. When filling valve descends and touches bottle jack, it opens and finishes the filling course, when finished, the filling valve ascends and leaves the bottle while the bottle is transferred into capping machine through transition star-wheel that clamps bottle neck.

         The stop screwing knife clamps bottleneck, keeps bottle upright and prevent turnover. The screw capping head keeps in circumrotation and rotation, under cams action; it finishes whole capping course including catching, pressing, screwing, discharging etc. Finished bottle is transferred onto output bottle chain from screw capping machine through poking wheel and leaves three-in-one machine.

2.        Main features

1)     The machine has compact structure, complete control system, easy operation and high degree automation.

2)     To change bottle shape, its only need replace star-wheel, inlet bottle screw and arc guide plate.

3)     The parts contacting stuff is made by 316L and have no process blind angle. Its easy for cleaning.

4)     It applies high speed filling valve, the liquid has precise level and no waste. That guarantees the demand of filling technology.

5)     The capping head applies constant magnetic torque device to secure capping quality and wont damage bottle cap.

6)     The machine applies high effect cap arranging system that has complete self control and protective device.

7)     The machine is equipped with complete overload protection device that can secure equipment and operator effectively. 

8)     The control system has the function of control producing speed, cap shortage detection, bottle block auto stop and production counting etc.

9)     Main electric components and pneumatic components apply world famous brand products.

The machines operation is controlled by advanced touch-screen that can fulfill human-machine communication.
