Detailed Product Description
PE/PP is a production line to granulate and recycle the waste plastic PE/PP film. The production line is absorbed advanced foreign technology. And the factory developed the machines according to the today developmental need and the characteristic of recycling waste plastic. It can meet with the both home and abroad requirement of recycling and reusing waste plastic.
It also needs transportation, sorting, crushing, washing, dehydrating and granulating equipments with semi-automatic production lines continuously besides PE/PP production line including. It mainly deals with materials for PE, PP plastic or PE, PP plastic mixed garbage. It handles raw materials 600 KG per hour, the production of finished granule not less than 300 KG per hour. The production line for a total capacity is 600-750KW.
In addition to the production line pipeline equipment, the configuration also needs sewage treatment equipment, waste gas treatment equipment, air compressors and other equipments. Sewage, waste gas treatment equipment and the handling capacity are decided by water consumption, emissions of the production line.
